Now your talking Deej ..... that's my kinda dessert !! I make a really simple dessert....lay peach slices in an ovenproof dish.....pour whipped double cream over them.....sprinkle with light brown sugar and pop under the grill until the sugar melts and goes golden brown. So easy but really delicious. You can use fresh or tinned peaches. Have a yummy week Deej. XXXX
Oh my gosh! I had Eton Mess in a restaurant two years ago and have been hanging out to have it again ever since! This looks just like the one I had (except it wasn't served in a jar!) will definitely be trying this recipe! Thank you!!
